Kullanılan Durumlar

2- Reflexive Pronoun by ile kullanıldığında “yardımsız, tek başına” anlamı vurgulanır.
I aired a talk show in PasFM Radio by myself.
3- Reflexive Pronounlar bazı durumlarda cümlenin nesnesini de pekiştirmek için kullanılabilir.
The character in the movie looks like the actor himself.
4 – Yer bildiren “preposition”lar hariç olmak üzere prepositiondan sonra kullanılabilirler. Yer bildiren preposition varsa “Object Pronoun” kullanılır.
If you take care of the small things, the big things take care of themselves.

5 – Reflexive Pronoun “wash, shave, remember, wake up, stand up, move, feel, meet” gibi anlamca dönüşlülük içeren fiillerde tercih edilmez.
Eğer kullanılırsa bu normal bir durum olmayıp kişinin normal şartlar altında o eylemi gerçekleştiremediği, eylemi zorlukla yaptığı anlamına gelir.

6 – “help, take care of, be proud of, enjoy, behave, make ….. at home” gibi yapılarla sıklıkla deyimsel ifade olarak kullanılır.

While we were in Charlotte, North Carolina, we made ourselves at home at the Dunhill Hotel.
